Standard Terms and Conditions for Atlantic Trampolines

Definitions

The Company means Atlantic Trampolines or any other associated company or subsidiary.

The Buyer means the person to whom The Company agree to supply Goods or Services.

General

As a user of this website you accept that any use or transactions you make are subject to our Terms and Conditions, whether orders are online, by telephone, fax or post.

We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time and any changes will take effect when the website is updated.

The contract between us shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved solely within the courts of England and Wales.

VAT

VAT is included in all quoted prices and a VAT invoice will be included with all dispatches.

Ordering

As The Buyer you confirm you have the authority to act on behalf of a business if you are buying on their behalf.

The Company confirms acceptance of an order only upon despatch of the products ordered. An order acknowledgement is sent upon completion of the ordering process but this does not deem acceptance of the order by The Company.

Delivery

All advised delivery dates are given in good faith and are estimates based on best information available. The Company cannot be held responsible for any subsequent delays or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

Orders are considered only for addresses within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. Please see our Delivery section for details of charges and delivery timescales.

A signature from an adult will be required upon delivery. Do not accept a consignment if the boxes appear to have been damaged in transit. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery.

The Company reserves the right to deliver in instalments in the unlikely event of stock shortages.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Should The Buyer wish to cancel an order they must do so in writing, either by fax, email or post.

Should the Buyer wish to return goods ordered in error by the Buyer, a 10% handling charge will be levied and The Buyer is responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods. The Buyer must advise The Company in writing within 7 days of delivery if they wish to return unwanted goods. Any goods returned as unwanted must arrive back with The Company in the same condition they were delivered in and must remain unopened and in a resalable condition.

Should The Buyer find the products to be faulty or arrived damaged, they should advise The Company as soon as possible. The Company will arrange delivery of the relevant components and collection of the faulty ones. There will be no charge to The Buyer for this unless, upon return, the components are found not to be faulty or have been damaged by misuse. In these cases, The Buyer will be charged for the replacement components aswell as the carriage costs involved in replacement.

Any refund due will be made as soon as possible but will be within 30 days of written notification of damage or fault. In the case of order cancellation refund will be within 30 days of the delivery date.

Descriptions and Substitutions

From time to time the products supplied by The Company are subject to change due to Manufacturer’s amendments and modifications to design. The Company will endeavour to supply The Buyer with a product of the same or better quality at the same price.

Whilst The Company makes every effort to ensure all quoted measurements and dimensions are accurate, they must be treated by The Buyer as approximations.
