How Atlantic Trampolines are different

George Nissen the inventor of the modern day trampoline

From the first day our business opened I’ve wanted it to stand out from all the other trampoline sellers. The idea came from a book called The Purple Cow by Seth Godin and, of course, a purple cow really would stand out and be memorable. But for us it is more than that. It is not just about being different but standing out from the others by being better at what we do so we give our customers a better service. Here are some of the ways we have done it.

Trampo-line Our freephone trampo-line is manned by people who only sell trampolines and they are happy to give advice on matters such as which size trampoline is best for you, how to put your trampoline together, where to site your trampoline and which of our accessories to pick.

Next Day Delivery All our orders are dispatched for delivery on the next working day except for orders to the North of Scotland, Ireland and the off-shore islands where delivery can take a little longer. We know that when you place an order with us you want your trampoline to arrive quickly so we use the fastest service we can.

Free UK Mainland Delivery We know how confusing it can be to buy something from a website but have no idea how much it will cost for delivery until you get right to the end of a, sometimes, complicated and long winded check-out process. We make it easy by including free UK mainland delivery in all our prices. I’m afraid we have to make a small surcharge for deliveries to the off-shore islands and to Northern Ireland.

Trampoline Specialists We only sell trampolines so we have become very good at it. We continually improve our products so they offer even more fun and value for money. By having the trampolines made to our own exacting specification and selling direct to the customer we cut out lots of middle men and that means we offer a very competitive price for the high quality trampolines we sell.

Parts, Spares and Accessories Trampolines can get some rough treatment from the children using them and this, coupled with being left in the garden in all weathers, means you may need to source spare parts in the future to extend the useful life of the trampoline. We can supply all the parts for our trampolines individually right down to a spring or a bolt. All our trampoline frames are covered by a 5 year warranty against failure due to rust.

If you think we do a good job then let me know, and if there are things we could do even better then tell me that too. Our customers are usually our best source of new ideas. Thank you.
