Health practitioners see great results from trampoline use
A leading UK health improvement practitioner has told us how if trampolines are used correctly they can be excellent vehicles for children to improve their health and well-being. James Garrity of the Northumberland Care Trust said: 'Many of the children and indeed adults that I work with now use trampolines within their daily physical activity routine as a lifestyle change to become healthier. ' One family said: 'Using trampolines is a great way of losng calories while staying safe in our own garden.' I have started going on mine to make up my 60 minutes exercise a day.'
