Free Delivery on all mainland UK orders

All orders are stored and despatched from our storage facility in Pembroke Dock, West Wales. We aim to despatch goods on the next working day following the order but we will always call you to arrange a delivery day (Mon-Fri) that is convenient for you...

Saturday or am deliveries can be arranged but these incur a surcharge. Please phone us to ask for details.

Most mainland UK consignments ordered by 12:00pm(midday) are delivered on a next working-day service (please see below for exceptions). Due to the sturdy nature of our trampolines the packaged boxes can be extremely heavy, up to 80kg in weight. The delivery driver may therefore need assistance when delivering and a signature is required for all consignments.

All advised delivery dates are given in good faith and are estimates based on best information available from our couriers. The Company cannot be held responsible for any subsequent delays or failure to deliver within estimated timescales. Next Day delivery is not a guaranteed service although 97% deliveries arrive next working day.

Once you have placed your order you will recieve an email notice that the order has been placed and then someone from our team will then be in contact by phone to book in a suitable delivery date and take any special instructions for our couriers, the phone call will be made next working day following any orders that are placed after 4.30pm.

Note:
We are unable to give a designated time of delivery and our courier company can deliver anytime between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

We do ship orders to countries throughout Europe and the Rest of the World. TImes and shipping costs will vary according to weight of product selected and please feel free to call us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
