Madonna's fitness guru – who advocates trampolines - launches new book

Fitness guru and personal trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson last year called for trampolines to be delivered to Madonna and her dance team to help them warm up for Live Maidstone and prepare their bodies for the dance routines before going on stage. Later ths month – on September 20th - she launches her latest book, 'Tracy Anderson's 30-Day Method: The Weight-Loss Kick-Start that Makes Perfection Possible'.

Tracy Anderson has been voted as one of TV's top 10 trainers. An ex-dancer and Pilates instructor she has worked with Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, Courteney Cox and Shakira, as well as helping countless women to achieve toned and defined bodies through her workout programmes and DVDs.

Tracy uses trampolines in her own training, particularly for their health benefits which include assisting lymphatic drainage.The overall aim of Tracy's training method is to strengthen the smaller muscle groups so that these muscles can pull in the larger muscles which results in a lean figure that is not bulky.
