VACANCY: Operations Assistant (Full-Time)

We're looking for talented people to join our team in the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire! As an award-winning and fast-growing business, working with us is an excellent opportunity to develop experience in a supportive environment.

The Role

Working alongside our friendly Operations Director, this role involves:

• Processing online and telephone orders;
• Liaising with suppliers and logistics operators;
• Processing order and sales data both for management information and accounting;
• Organising the receipt and despatch of physical stock;
• Input to the development plans of the business

We also encourage our team members to develop their interests in particular aspects of the business, whether that be driving a forklift truck or accounting, designing packaging or managing our social media channels.

What we are looking for:

• Graduates preferred, although those with relevant experience will be considered;
• Willingness to learn;
• Confident and friendly telephone manner;
• Strong IT fluency;
• Interest in business and operations management.
