Trampolines used to help train Freestyle Skiiers
Emily Cook, freestyle aerialist skiier for the US national team, recently spoke about their training program in America using trampolines in order to get fit and help with the movements involved in skiing.
On the teams website www.skiracing.com it is stated that the teams ongoing study of biomechanics and training time on the trampoline have helped them to implement techniques that help with twist speed and timing, an essential skill.
Trampolines and also used for the mogul team where they use it to train acrobatic skills.
