It seems it’s a summer of health campaigns this year, which is a really good thing and the more encouragement for people to make a small change to see a big benefit in health the better.
Move for Health encourages people to improve their health and wellbeing by increasing their levels of physical activity with regular exercise. Physio’s recommend that adults exercise for 30 mins a day, 5 days a week and children are active for at least an hour a day.
