There is no cure for the wintertime blues quite like jumping on a trampoline.

A great review over at boston.com on the very popular indoor trampoline parks in America, surely it can only be a matter of time before we see on in the UK..

Sky Zone, as we have blogged about before , is an indoor trampoline centre where you can bounce to your hearts content, play dodgeball, or have a workout. It’s open weekdays until early evening and later at the weekends.

It’s amazing fun, and carefully controlled to reduce the possibility of injury. A communal trampoline takes centre stage where all jumpers can bounce together, yet it is split into individual areas for children and adults, and watched over very carefully by ‘referees’ to make sure no bumping into each other takes place.

There is also a designated place for toddlers and a separate trampoline area for dodgeball.

The walls are also covered in trampolines allowing you to jump against them!

There is also a strong fitness aspect to the parks and trampolining itself. Skyrobics is a popular fitness class that takes place on the trampolines, both for children and adults, as well as cross training.

Take a look at their video to see for yourself..

They are great fun, lets hope someone has a plan to bring one to these shores soon enough..
