In an interview with the former singer turned actress she revealed how bouncing on her trampoline is her new favourite thing, and helps keep her in shape.
'"My most recent thing is trampolining, I absolutely love it.
"I do about 10 minutes in the morning before breakfast and apparently it's the equivalent of doing an hour's run'
