One in three Welsh children are obese
A report has shown that one in three Welsh children are obese or overweight.
The Welsh government is now marking Childhood Obesity Week by encouraging more families to sign up for government's Change4life campaign.
Trampolines have been shown to be one of the most efficient forms of exercise and are recommended by medical experts as one of the best ways to counter the increase in childhood obesity. Children are far more home bound these days and often spent hours indoors playing on computers or watching television. A trampoline can offer an exciting and fun alternative which also benefits their health.
