This service must be ordered at the same time as a garden building and cannot be added at a later date.
The installation service is not available to customers in Northern Ireland & Eire.

Q: Is my base suitable?
A: A suitable base must be solid, 100% level and flat. Please click on the link above for manufacturer advice.
Q: I have purchased a building with installation, next happens next?
A: Installation will follow the below:
Step 1: You will be sent an Installation Preparation Checklist (by email or post) which you must complete and return to the manufacturer, either by using the self-addressed envelope or by email to: [email protected].
Step 2: On receipt of the checklist, the installation team will contact you within 48hours to schedule the installation.
Step 3: At the agreed time and date, the installers will arrive and ask if you have any questions before they begin their work.
Step 4: When finished, the team will ask you to check over the product to ensure that you are completely happy with the installation.
Step 5: The team will remove all debris and rubbish from site once the installation is complete.
Q: How long will it be until my installation takes place?
A: Once completed checklist is received, a member of the installation team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a suitable installation date.
Q: Will the installation team treat my building once it’s been installed?
A: No, the installation team will not treat your building. Your garden building will, in most cases, arrive pre-treated as this is done prior to transit. The installation team will put up the building ensuring to install windows and roof felt, but you will need to treat your building within 3months. Information will be in the assembly guide sent out with the building.

We offer FREE next working day delivery (Mon-Fri) on orders recieved by midday to the mainland UK on most of our small products.
Larger and bulky items (trampolines, spas, slides & most swing sets) will usually be delivered to mainland UK postcodes within 7 - 10 working days.
Next day delivery is NOT available on any of the garden buildings.
