Things To Do On a Trampoline #4
Try jumping in the centre of the trampoline and bouncing as high as you can. With each bounce try bouncing just a little higher each time. Get someone to watch you and measure the height of your bounce, perhaps using marks on the trampoline safety enclosure as a guide. See if you can adjust your techinque to bounce a little higher each day. Remember trampolining is one of the most efficient forms of exericise and regular bouncing on your Atlantic Trampoline will help keep you fit.
