Use sun protection

If you are bouncing a lot on your trampoline during this hot weather you need to be sure to apply plenty of sunscreen. Watch young children who may be on the trampoline for a while and risk getting burnt without your noticing. To be on the safe side apply sun screen before the children start to play on the trampoline. It you have younger children you might consider one of the trampoline tents which allow the little children to bounce but give shade to protect them from the strong sun. They also provide an excellent place of older children or adults to take a snooze!
