Winter Solstice - 21 December

Today is the Winter Solstice, the date in the year when the night is longest and the day the shortest, in the Northern Hemisphere anyway.  From now on the days will get longer right up to mid-Summer and the longest day on 21 June 2012.  We're looking forward to some of those lovely barmy Summer evenings when we use the trampoline well into the evenings. 

But the trampoline is still great fun even at this time of year.  It seems this Christmas will be mild and dry and the trampoline is a great place for an intense exercise session to counter the excesses of the season.  To make it more fun, and to give you some motivation, try downloading our free iTrampoline application from iTunes.  We also sell an armband to secure your phone to your arm whilst using the app.   Our app is proving very popular probably because there is nothing else of its kind available.
